Cancelation Policy

 

Cancellation Policy:

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment.   

Last minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) andno call/no show appointments will be charged 50% of the service price

This policy is in place to protect our stylists and our business due to a high volume of no shows and last minute cancellation  

Failure to cancel before 24 hours will result in a charge of of 50% of the scheduled service
